Frauenpower im Schutzdienst Teil 2

**Helper work is a man’s job?** This belief persists, but we're here to prove the opposite. With this series, we want to show that women not only keep up in helper work but also excel. ✨

Especially in training, it’s not about how fast the helper can move from point A to point B or how directly they can pressure the dog. What really matters is a keen sense, a well-thought-out strategy, and the right technique. These are qualities that women often bring to the table in remarkable ways.😀

In the video, you can see Connie performing what’s called “post work.” The dog is secured to a tree or post with a flexible leash. Connie uses this exercise to sharpen the dog’s reflexes with targeted air snaps. She helps the dog develop a good grip and simultaneously heightens its drive to bite. The training also includes controlled releases and guarding phases.

With the technic short sleeve from www.Frabo.de , Etzel has the same familiar bite feeling as with a regular bite sleeve, while Connie can apply her full strength by holding the sleeve with both hands.💪

With skill, planning, and technique, Connie shows that helper work is far from just a man’s job—it’s a matter of passion and ability.❤️❤️❤️
